Q. What is the process for a full restoration of cement tiles?

A:  We replace any broken tiles,  valley irons and flashings where necessary. Re-bed where necessary, wash your roof using clean water only (no chemicals) seal and coat your roof with the colour of your choice. We also replace spouting and gutters at a reduced cost if a full restoration is required.

Q. How many years will the process last for?

A:  Our coatings should last from between 8-15 years depending on the environment. 

Q. Can terracotta tiles be washed only?

A:  Yes, we can power wash your tiles, but the cleaning process may leave your tiles faded and porous and the algae will reappear faster than expected. Sealing your tiles after the washing process will make it last longer and bring back the colour.

Q. What if I want to change the colour of my home and the roof to match?

A:  Yes you can do this.  Not only can we restore your roof to the colour of your choice we can also change the exterior colour of your home to match.

Q. How much does a roof restoration cost?

A:  This depends on the size of your roof, but general rule is approximately one-fourth the cost of having a new roof installed.

Q. Are your product environmentally friendly?

A:  Our coatings are highly pigmented to withstand the harsh Australian climate, and because our products are water based and when dry  it makes an ideal surface to collect water.

Q. I have a Victorian Home with old terracotta tiles and wish to change it to a metal roof am I able to do this?
